The Food Engineering Graduate Program Celebrates Its First Graduate!
Our thesis-based Master’s program student, Hafize Akın, has successfully defended her thesis titled “Investigation of the Effect of Banana Powder Usage on the Product Properties in Probiotic Yogurt Production”, prepared under the supervision of Dr. Ziba Güley and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Küçükçetin (Akdeniz University) as co-supervisor.
