TÜBİTAK Project Achievement by Our Student
Our third-year student, Melike Ünal, has been awarded support under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A – Research Projects Support Program for University Students, 2023/2nd Term.
The project titled “A Study on the Usability of Prickly Pear (Opuntia ficus-indica) Leaf in Food Preservation” will be conducted under the academic supervision of our Department Head, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sinan Uzunlu, and will span one year.
